Terms of service

Last updated October 4, 2026

The terms on which Hangar 113 LLC (“we”, “us”) provides Logggs (logggs.com). By creating an account or using Logggs you agree to them.

What Logggs is

Logggs keeps an aircraft’s maintenance records in its own private portal. You upload photos or scans of the logbooks; Logggs reads them, puts the entries in order, and shows what the pages say about inspections, hours, components and what is coming due. Owners invite the people who help them, such as mechanics, and choose what each may see.

Logggs is a reading of your logbooks, not the logbooks

Your paper logbooks, and any entry a mechanic makes in them, remain the official maintenance records. Logggs never creates a logbook entry or a sign-off. Everything Logggs shows, including dates, hours, serial numbers, findings and due dates, comes from reading your pages and can contain mistakes; every item links to the page it came from so that it can be checked. Logggs does not decide airworthiness. Before relying on anything for a flight, an inspection, a sale or compliance with a regulation or airworthiness directive, check it against the original records and a qualified mechanic or inspector. The owner or operator remains responsible for the aircraft’s airworthiness and records.

Your account

You must give us accurate information and keep your sign-in method (your email, Google account or phone) secure; whoever signs in as you acts as you. The account holder decides who is invited and what each person may see, and is responsible for their use of the portal. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to hold an account.

Your records are yours

You own the pages and documents you upload and the records made from them. You allow us to store, read and process them only to provide Logggs to you and the people you invite. We never share them with another customer and never use them to train AI models. Upload only material you have the right to use. Our privacy policy says what we keep and who helps us run the service.

Plans, payment and cancelling

Plans and their prices are on the pricing page. A plan renews automatically, monthly or yearly as chosen, and is charged to the card on file through Stripe until it is cancelled. Moving to a larger plan charges the difference for the rest of the billing period. You can cancel at any time under Account; the plan then ends at the end of the period already paid for, and payments for a partial period are not refunded unless the law requires it. If a payment fails, the portal pauses until it is paid. Records are deleted 30 days after a plan ends, or 90 days after a payment that isn’t made, with a week’s notice by email. A copy of your original log files that were uploaded is sent by support on request and may carry a fee. Gift certificates and affiliate codes apply as stated when they are issued.

The live demo

The live demo is a sample aircraft’s records, read-only, for one hour from when its link is opened. Its records are made up from a real aircraft’s with names and numbers changed, and must not be relied on for any aircraft.

Using Logggs fairly

Don’t use Logggs to break the law, to get at another customer’s portal, to interfere with the service, or to upload anything you have no right to share. We may suspend an account that does.

Our responsibility

We work to keep Logggs accurate, available and secure, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made on information in Logggs without checking the original records; and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it.

Changes and ending

We may change these terms; the new version is posted here with its date, and for a change that matters we email account holders before it takes effect. You may stop using Logggs at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
