Security and ownership
Your records stay yours.
Logbooks are an aircraft’s value on paper. Here is what happens to yours, from the scanner to the page you read.
- 01You scan or upload your logsPhone, overhead scanner, or our scanning service, quoted up front.
- 02They go into your own separate portalOne per customer, apart from every other, on an encrypted disk.
- 03Our proprietary scan engine reads every pageProvenance and accuracy are the product: each field with its confidence, linked to its page and checked against the other logbooks. The scan is never altered.
- 04Only the people you invite see themOwner, mechanic, or read-only until a date you set.
We never use your data to train a model
Your logbooks are read for your records and nobody else’s.
Your own separate portal
Each customer’s logs are kept in their own store, apart from every other, on an encrypted disk.
Secure passwordless entry
Sign in with Google or a one-time email link. There is no password to steal.
Role-based access control
Owner, mechanic or read-only, on each aircraft or all of them. A buyer’s access ends on the date you set.
The paper stays the record
Logggs is the copy you can search and check. A correction is kept on top of the original reading, which never changes.
Leave, or sell, cleanly
We delete your documents on request, and when you sell, the records move to the new owner in one step.
